Job Description
The incumbent should be undertaking Business Development for PolicyInn in the identified cities and should set up and develop a branch in those areas and run them profitably. He/She will be overall incharge of the Branch / Region and should lead the team.
Responsible for Business Development and manage the entire operations.
Drive the team to achieve targets and further growth.
Relationship Managers to manage major accounts or verticals or head smaller cities.
Requirements :
Highly motivated with sales drive.
Experience in Sales or Business Development in a Life or General Insurance Company / Insurance Broking Company / NBFC
Excellent Communication and team building skills.
Good Networking and selling skills.
Youngsters willing to take up the challenge to develop operations in any locations
